AECO delivers precise, LEED-compliant energy models.
Helping your project meet LEED goals with confidence, technical excellence, and cost predictability.

Trusted by Building Professionals Across Sectors
Over a hundred completed energy modeling projects for LEED and beyond—delivering accuracy, speed, and certification confidence.
LEED Energy Modeling Services
We specialize in building energy modeling services that support LEED certification and sustainable design goals. Since 2013, AECO has delivered compliant, high-performance energy models for commercial, educational, hospitality, and mixed-use projects.
Our expert team—holding credentials like LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, EDGE Auditor, and BREEAM Assessor—helps clients achieve optimal credit results with confidence and technical accuracy.

Our Energy Modeling Process
From document submission to LEED reporting—we simplify the energy modeling process into four clear steps to ensure compliance, efficiency, and certification success.

1 - Submit Your Project Files
Send your project files to start the modeling process. These documents are essential for accurate simulation. We can share a checklist of required items such as architectural, MEP, and envelope drawings—please feel free to ask us in advance.

2 - Review and Validation
Our team carefully reviews the submitted documents to ensure everything is in place for a fully compliant energy model. If anything is missing or unclear, we’ll contact you with clear guidance before the modeling begins.

3 - Energy Modeling Based on ASHRAE 90.1
We simulate your building’s performance based on LEED Guides and ASHRAE 90.1 using approved energy modeling tools. Both baseline and proposed buildings are modeled to identify compliance and energy-saving opportunities.

4 - LEED Documentation and Reporting
We prepare all required LEED input/output reports, complete the Minimum Energy Performance Calculator (MEPC), and upload to LEED Online if needed. You’ll also receive a final report detailing energy results and certification readiness.
WHAT SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer simulation and documentation services for many green building certification systems, focusing on energy, daylight, and indoor comfort.
HOW MUCH DO YOUR SERVICES COST?
Our pricing depends on scope, size, and HVAC complexity. Typical range: €2,500–€10,000
Bundled services get a discount— building energy modeling + daylight simulation is priced efficiently.
WHAT INDUSTRIES DO YOU SERVE?
We provide services for a wide range of building types including offices, commercial interiors, hotels, schools, and data centers, among others.
We collaborate with architects, engineers, consultants, and investors in commercial, residential, and public sector projects.
WHY CHOOSE US?
Since 2013, we’ve delivered reliable results with a team holding LEED AP BD+C, LEED AP O+M, LEED AP ID+C, BREEAM Assessor, WELL AP, EDGE Expert, EDGE Auditor, and Envision SP credentials—always aiming for approval on the first submission.
Your Project’s Privacy Matters.
If confidentiality is important for your project, we won’t share its name or details. We’re here to support your work—discreetly and professionally.
